【考場(chǎng)題目回憶】：

Who do you think most need and deserve financial help from the government?

1) people who just lost jobs；

2) young couple/ people who have children；

3) jobless people aged 70 or above.

【寫作思路】

功利一點(diǎn)的觀點(diǎn)比較容易展開寫作，所以選擇第2）個(gè)人群。畢竟第1）個(gè)人群很可能還有許多機(jī)會(huì)“咸魚翻身”，第3）個(gè)人群可以用免費(fèi)的看護(hù)來替代簡(jiǎn)單粗暴的金錢。

【Introduction】

Governmental financial support should consider young couples with dependents, compared with unemployed individuals, including those who recently lost their jobs and those who are above 70 years of age. This may sound unfair but may be the maximum result of the use of money.

Young parents could use the money to support their children. With those costs covered or partly covered, young working parents—the country’s backbone—would be grateful to the government, feeling supported, and committed to their jobs and the community.
