[2023. 5. 27] The table below shows the percentage of adults in urban and rural areas who took part in four free-time activities between 1990 and 2010.
【開頭段】
The table illustrates changes in the proportion of adults from urban and rural areas who enjoyed four types of leisure activities for the year 1990 and 2000.
【概述段】
In general, for most activities, the gap of participation between these two groups of people narrowed in the given period. Also, reading was the most popular activity among both urban and rural citizens in both years.
【Body 1】
It is clear that the 10-year period experienced a rising trend in the figures for reading and photography for both groups of surveyed people. Specifically, 61% of city residents preferred reading during their free time, in contrast to only 7% for those who enjoyed photography. These two figures saw a remarkable growth in the decade, with an increase of 17% and 10%. Similarly, the figures for rural people who chose these two types of activities also experienced a rising trend, with the proportion of those enjoying reading climbing slightly to the same as the figure as that for urban people in 2010.
思路要點:【reading+photography】
- Reading和photography的城鄉(xiāng)人數(shù)比例都上升
- urban:兩個數(shù)據(jù)顯著上升
- rural:也上升,其中reading的比例在2010年上升到和urban相同數(shù)值
【Body 2】
In terms of the other two kinds of activities, we can see that in both years, 10% of people from cities preferred playing, while the proportion of rural people choosing this activity declined marginally by 4%. However, the figures showed a different pattern when it comes to painting. Initially, a slightly larger percentage of rural respondents were attracted by painting than their urban counterparts, with 26% and 21% respectively. In the next 10 years, although the former figure remained stable, a noticeable fall could be found in the latter one to only 14% in 2010.
思路要點:【playing+painting】
- playing:urban兩年數(shù)值平穩(wěn)在10%,但是rural的數(shù)值小幅度下降
- painting:1990年rural>urban。2010年,前者比例平穩(wěn),后者明顯下降。
